A useful technique for improving communication in both personal and professional contexts is colored brain communication. This approach, which was developed by the Colored Brain Communication theory, enables people to comprehend how their brains obtain clarity and, in turn, identify their genetic thought processes.
Fundamentally, colored brain training is predicated on the idea that people’s communication patterns are influenced by their unique brain processing types. By grouping these techniques into several “colors,” people can determine their main communication characteristics.
Primarily, there are 4 categories of colors:
- Red – linear processing
- Green – chaotic / spontaneous processing
- Blue – intuitive processing
- Purple – relational processing
